Sødt is pronounced soot and is Danish for sweet.
Sødt makes traditional artisan breads and pastries using natural ingredients and slow fermentation for extra depth of flavour. All our ingredients are sourced as locally as possible and we do not use any additives. We are passionate about real bread.

Boller really is the Danish equivalent of scones. Boller are soft buns tradtionally served with afternoon tea or if real hygge with cacao. It is essential for birthdays to serve boller. Just serve with good butter and jam. The SØDT boller are baked and frozen so will only need a quick reheat in a hot oven
